Credit Union of Colorado has designed its new headquarters to create the perfect post-Covid work environment, with comfortable space between offices and an improved HVAC system to improve indoor air quality. The building will be surrounded by smart floor-to-ceiling windows, which use artificial intelligence to automatically adjust response to sunlight, increasing natural light and outdoor views while improving occupant comfort.
